Model FF
1600
The Model FF-1600
Air Driven Proportioner is a compact,
lightweight machine designed for economical,
lower output spraying or pouring of plural
component chemical systems.
The FF-1600
is capable of operating at pressures up to 1600
psi (110 bar) and outputs up to 16 lbs/min (120
gr/sec). The compact design and air operation
make the FF-1600 ideal for use in roofing,
construction, and other field related
applications.
The FF-1600
can be equipped with an optional programmable
temperature control with digital display of
chemical pre-heater temperature and hose heat
temperature. This system provides the operator
with a simple, convenient method of viewing
operating parameters on the jobsite.
Model H
20/35
The Model H 20/35
Proportioner is a hydraulically operated, high
pressure metering unit, designed to accurately
dispense plural-component chemical systems at
pressures up to 2000 psi (140 bar) and outputs
up to 30 lbs/min (230 gr/sec). Upgradable to the
all new H-3500, the H-2000 can be factory
ordered or field retrofitted to dispense at 3500
psi (240 bar). The increased operating pressure
makes the H-3500 an excellent machine for spray
or pour applying higher viscosity and tougher to
mix chemical systems.
Model
N-110 E
The Model N-110 E is a compact, lightweight,
and mobile design.
Designed for
economical, low to medium output spraying and
pouring of polyurethane foam and plural
component chemical systems.
Ideal for use
in roofing, construction, and other related
field applications.
Available
with fixed or variable ratio pumps without
effecting the output. Maximum output 9 kg/min at
1600 psi.
Model D
Spray Gun
The Model D Gun is lightweight, easy to
handle, and like all Gusmer guns, features a
mechanical self-cleaning valving rod designed to
eliminate costly and environmentally dangerous
solvent flushing. The Model D Gun’s rebuildable
air cylinder reduces maintenance costs and down
time.
Model ARC
/D Pour Gun
The ARC (250) and D (375) pour guns are
designed for pouring applications where low
forward velocity and laminar flow of material is
desired. A variety of impingers allow for the
adjustment of outputs and operating pressures.
This hand held pour gun is ideally suited for
industrial cavity fill and field pouring
applications.
Model GX-7
Spray Gun
The industry’s gun of choice when it comes
to applying two-component polyurethane foams and
coatings.

Interchangeable
Pattern Control Discs (PCD’s) permit various
outputs in round or fan spray patterns to
provide more efficient mixing and pattern
development. It is designed to be hard
mounted to a fixture or robot. Spray
urethane foam is an efficient way to
insulate walls, roofs and ceilings, to
protect against harmful elements, or to
reinforce for structural rigidity and shape.
Spray
urethane foams are suitable for:
ROOFING:
Problem roofs are easily repaired and
insulated in one fast application using a
single, seamless layer of urethane foam.
New roofs
can be quickly covered with a similar
monolithic layer regardless of size or
shape. |
|
|
|
|
CONSTRUCTION:
Spray applied
urethane foam helps to structurally reinforce
and insulate buildings, storage tanks and
pipelines with a continuous, monolithic heat
seal.
Poured foam
produces a light-weight composite wall or roof
panels when sandwiched between structural,
decorative or protective facing skins. It is
light in weight, without any sacrifice in
strength or quality.
For
hard-to-insulate, limited access areas such as
around door and window frames, or other areas
requiring air-tight sealing and insulation,
|

foam pouring
offers an innovative but practical method of
obtaining high insulation qualities with low
installation costs. Pouring is also suitable for
insulating foundation perimeters and/or
underground piping to reduce heat and moisture
transfer and to guard against damage caused in
back-filling operations. |
