SAHRAFOAM BLOCK SYSTEMS
   

The versatile nature of Rigid Polyurethane foam allows it to be injected, sprayed and poured. SAHRAFOAM block systems are divided into two categories: 

DISCONTINUOUS BLOCK SYSTEMS

By pouring SAHRAFOAM specially formulated systems into metal molds, Rigid foam blocks of 2 to 3 m3 can be made.

This foam can be poured by manual mixing or by the preferred method of using a SAIP low pressure injection machine with a pour head.  Using this simple method , a block can be produced which can be cut by CNC machinery to produce various insulation forms, including pipe sections.

 
   

 

CONTINUOUS BLOCK SYSTEMS

Continuous blocks are produced by various manufacturers which cater to the LNG industry. These blocks contain cryogenic foam that maintains high standards at low temperatures , as low as – 160 C

 

Our standard block systems are modified to be used on continuous block production lines. The foams have fast curing and rising times along with a perfect reaction profile to ensure perfect anisotropic cell structure. Our inhouse testing of  compressive strength ensures that the foams meet the highest standards on the field.

Various fire grades can be achieved using our propriety  flame safe technology.
